Offer Yourself to the Unknown
“If we don’t offer ourselves to the unknown, our senses dull. Our world becomes small and we loose our sense of wonder. Our eyes don’t lift to the horizon; our ears don’t hear the sounds around us. The edge is off our experience, and we pass our days in a routine that is both comfortable and limiting. We wake up one day and find that we have lost our dreams in order to protect our days. Don’t let yourself become one of these individuals. The fear of the unknown and the lure of the comfortable will conspire to keep you from taking the chances the traveler has to take.”
But It's So Simple.

is all we need.
Ahimsa (non-harming / non-violence)
The whole concept is baffling to me. Who thinks they have the right to take the life of another human being? WHO????
There are many factors which are difficult to connect to…mental health, greed, jealousy, racism. If love can be the life force in all beings this devastating action can come to an end, as there would be no purpose. We are all interconnected. We can all choose to radiate love for one another.
Your Perspective.
What is YOUR perspective? Can your perspective change your relationships, happiness/unhappiness, ease in conflict, self disposition? Sometimes the ego influences our perspective and can make reality seem what it is not. Tricky, right? I didn't understand what this meant for a long time. In simple terms: when our individual perspective comes from a place of love and light things seem to flow with a sense of calmness versus a fight. Try it out. When interaction comes up with family, work, kids, approach it with openness and love versus control and defense...see how it turns out. Flip your switch...turn ego upside down and bring back your childlike innocence. Play.
